I use computers to cure human diseases

                {
                   one line of code at a time!
                }

I am a recent Ph.D. graduate from the Bioinformatics Graduate Program at BU. I worked under Dr. Stefano Monti's supervision on multi-modal data analysis and integration using various 'omics' data in the context of oncology specifically oral and lung malignancies in identifying pre-/post-targets for (pre-)clinical applications with drug delivery via small molecule inhibitors & gene and cell editing strategies. I use statistics and ML/AI approaches to derive insights from high-dimensional datasets. I enjoy painting and cooking in my free time!
